
Serge Everdepoel
Director Health and Safety, Johnson Controls
Serge Everdepoel has university degrees in Chemical Engineering and Safety Engineering from Brussels’ Free University in the early 90s.
After 7 years in the chemical industry he joined Johnson Controls in 2001. Within Johnson Controls he held different EHS roles with increasing responsibility within the “Building Efficiency” and “Global WorkPlace Solutions” business units. Before moving to his current position as Johnson Controls Corporate Health and Safety Director in June 2015, he was the Global WorkPlace Solutions Business Global EHS Director, leading a team of over 100 EHS professionals across the globe.
After contributing to the software selection and budget approval process in his BU role, in October 2014 he was appointed EHS Project Lead for the implementation of the new Johnson Controls’ enterprise EHS software platform.
