Michael Hagerty is a proven Safety, Health, and Environmental executive with over 26 years of experience in a variety of commercial and industrial workplaces. He is accomplished in delivering improved safety processes, risk management, workers’ compensation, fleet management, and ergonomics. He is adept in the development of safety programs and risk management processes in a variety of areas custom-tailored to fit the needs of the individual organization. His previous work experiences include: The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Occidental Chemical, The Pepsi Cola Company/Pepsi Bottling Group, Waste Management/Recycle America, Altria/Philip Morris USA, and Georgia Pacific.
Michael supports the development, refinement and continuous improvement of Parsons’ safety management systems; supports the strategic development and execution of safety, health, and environmental goals for the company; and represents Parsons in various safety settings across North America. He provides safety, health and environmental leadership for Parsons Infrastructure Group.
Michael earned his engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and his Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University. He is very happy to call Atlanta, Georgia home.
